When asked about celibacy and singleness, the Apostle Paul made it clear that being single, serving Christ, and living Holy was a great thing. He didn't put down marriage, but he believed single Believers had an edge over their married brothers and sisters. "For a single man is focused on the things of the Lord and how he may please Him." 1Cor. 7:32TPT. Many in the body of Christ act as if being single is shameful with marriage being the gold ring. One of the greatest Apostles would disagree. Even if your place of worship lacks a "singles ministry" don't let that stop you from becoming a powerhouse for Christ. Use your free time wisely. Share the gospel. Lay hands on the sick. Proclaim the Glory of God until He returns. Paul believes single Believers could do great things for God. so do we!

Because of the severe pressure we are in, I recommend you remain as you are. If you are married, stay in the marriage. If you are single, don’t rush into marriage.
